Sheikh Azam Ansari is considered a turning point in Shia jurisprudence. The intellectual era of Sheikh Azam, firstly, he has reviewed his fundamental opinions and ideas in a passing way, and then he has focused on his innovations and achievements in this field. Among the numerous conceptual and theoretical innovations of Sheikh Azam, the two rules of "governance" and "entrance" and his new formulation of the topics of the science of principles - especially rational topics - have been introduced as one of his most important initiatives.
