Abstract

The increasing relations between Muslims and infidels in various social, economic, military, industrial, and other fields, on the one hand, and the lack of comprehensive, coherent and up-to-date research on the issue of jurisprudence, and the purity of infidels, on the other hand, make the discussion on this issue necessary and full. It has made importance. The purity and impurity of an infidel has been considered in jurisprudential sources and jurists have discussed it and different views have been formed about it. According to the evidence of the verses and narrations in this matter, it seems that unbelievers, both from the book and from the book, are inherently pure and their impurity is a ruling. Considering the situation of the Islamic society in the age of the Prophet (PBUH), in order to prevent Muslims from mixing with infidels and to prevent their abuses in weakening the faith of Muslims, the issue of the purity and impurity of infidels was raised. On the other hand, Islam and faith, as a purifier, only cleanses the impurity of judgment, not the objective impurity. In this article, a descriptive analytical method was used to analyze the information and a library method was used to collect the information, and the jurisprudential ruling on the purity or impurity of an infidel was stated.
