In this article, there is a study and analysis of this issue, whether a Khums verse is general in Jafari jurisprudence, it includes all the cases to which Khums is due? Or is it dedicated to the spoils of war? This issue has been discussed and discussed by Shia jurists in jurisprudential sources, and different views have been formed about it. According to the literal meaning of booty, the generality of the address in the verse, traditions, the words of Hazrat Amir (AS) and the views of Islamic commentators on this issue, it seems that the blessed verse is general and includes war spoils, mines, treasures, diving, wealth. The halal is mixed with the haraam, the owner of profits, etc. The non-application of Khums to absolute profits and benefits at the beginning of Islam on the part of the Prophet (PBUH) was due to wisdom and interests that are not known to us.
