According to the famous opinion of Islamic jurists, it is not permissible to marry a non-biblical infidel woman. This view is based on the verses of the Quran, hadiths and consensus, but it seems that this view is about women who believe in their disbelief and polytheism and consider their opinions right; However, there are women who do not know Islam and other religions and are not hostile towards Islam, who are considered "weak" according to the narrations. In this research, with the analytical and descriptive method, the issue of Muslim marriage with such women has been investigated based on the requirements of the current time based on the rule of hardship and hardship. The entirety of the research is actually an answer to this main question, "What is the jurisprudential ruling of marriage with non-biblical women, considering the requirements of the current time and the rule of negation of difficulty and hardship?" The findings of the research show that this group of non-biblical women have renounced, and based on this, it can be said that, at least in cases of difficulty, it is permissible for a Muslim man to marry such women and for a newly-converted man to remain married to his previous non-biblical wife.
